Palolem Beach Resort, Palolem

The resort is beautifully located right by the beach, providing stunning views and easy access to the shore. The rooms are spacious and clean with a good amount of natural light, although the bathrooms could use some improvements. While the service was hit or miss, with some staff being very attentive, there were significant issues with Wi-Fi connectivity and room cleaning that detracted from our experience.

The property is situated in a prime location right on the beach, which is definitely a huge plus. However, I faced several service-related issues that really affected my stay, including extra charges for items that were supposed to be complimentary and a lack of responsiveness from the staff. The rooms were decent, but they certainly need some updates, making it an average experience overall.
